Harassment prevention module
Workplace harassment prevention, as HG 970/2023 requires.
Employees file reports (sesizări) from their own account, under their name or anonymously, and can attach evidence. The report goes straight to the committee (comisia), not to the manager, and the platform tracks the legal deadlines.
What the law requires
The company's obligations, in short.
- Government Decision (HG) no. 970/2023approves the framework methodology on preventing and combating harassment on grounds of sex, as well as moral harassment at work.
- Law no. 202/2002on equal opportunities and equal treatment for women and men, amended by Law no. 167/2020, requires employers to prevent and combat harassment.
- The employermust have a reporting procedure and a review committee, and must train employees every year.

Can employees make an anonymous report?
Yes. Each employee chooses whether to send the report under their name or anonymously.
Who sees the report?
Only the committee members, who have signed the confidentiality agreement. The report does not go to the employee's direct manager.
What deadlines does the committee have?
The report within 7 working days and the resolution within 45 working days. The platform calculates them automatically.
How often is the training held?
Once a year. It is part of the training schedule, with topics, a test and an electronically signed record.
