The signature in EasySSM is an advanced electronic signature. Documents receive a certSIGN qualified electronic seal. The inspector gets an account where they see only the inspection file.
What the law requires
The company's obligations, in short.
- Regulation (EU) 910/2014 (eIDAS), art. 26sets the requirements for an advanced electronic signature.
- Law no. 214/2024regulates the use of electronic signatures in Romania.
- Law no. 319/2006 and Government Decision (HG) no. 1425/2006set the rules for occupational health and safety (SSM) training and for the individual training record (fișa individuală de instruire).

Is an electronic signature valid on a health and safety training record?
The signature in the platform is an advanced electronic signature (art. 26 of the eIDAS Regulation). The document also receives a certSIGN qualified electronic seal.
Does the employee need a digital certificate?
No. They sign with a code received by SMS or email, with their fingerprint or with their card.
How does the inspector check the records?
