What the law requires
The company’s obligations, in short.
- OUG no. 195/2005on environmental protection sets the obligations of companies whose activity has an impact on the environment.
- OUG no. 92/2021on waste, which replaced Law no. 211/2011, requires the company to appoint a person for waste management and to keep monthly waste records.
- The companytrains its employees, appoints an environmental officer (responsabil de mediu) and keeps its documents up to date.
