How to fill in the table and what we calculate from it

How to fill in the table

  • Staff category = a group of employees who receive the same training (e.g. office staff, production, drivers, the fire safety team). One person can be in several categories.
  • Groups = how many identical training groups the row holds: the same training at the same frequency (e.g. 134 SSM groups every 6 months, on a single row). Each group has its own topic. You can put the SU (PSI) groups on a separate row, with 0 for SSM.
  • Employees = how many people are in the category, across all the groups of the row together.
  • SSM / SU (PSI) trainings per year (SSM = occupational health and safety, SU = emergency situations, PSI = fire safety) = how many times a year the periodic training takes place: 1 = annually, 2 = every 6 months, 4 = every 3 months, 12 = monthly.

What we calculate from the table

    Each new employee signs the training records when hired.
    They log in to the platform with a code received by SMS.
